Payment |
Mix n Bake Confectionery accepts two forms of payment. Pay on delivery (only available to orders within Lagos) No items will be dispatched without full payment for orders outside Lagos. Mix n Bake Confectionery solely reserves the right to determine which orders within Lagos will be fulfilled if the choice of payment is "pay on delivery". |
Out of Stock Items |
| In the event that the products you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and recommend alternatives for you. You may choose the alternative if you so desire or we will send you a refund. If we have made a request for the product to our suppliers, you may place a Back Order in which case you will be place on our waiting list. As soon as we receive the items, we will dispatch them to you. |
Return of Damaged Goods |
| In the event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, place contact us within 7 days so that we can make arrangement for a replacement. Please return the goods with the labels and packaging. We will not charge a shipping fee for replacement of faulty goods. In the event that we do not have the item in stock, we offer you the option of a alternative or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days. |
