REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh pineapple fruit
  • Margarine & Butter
  • sugar (Granulated)
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Baking Powder
  • Golden syrup
  • Flavor - Vanilla, Pineapple, vailla essence
  • Liquid milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Icing sugar
  • Fruits - strawberries, cherries etc.
  • Kish/brandy (optional)
  • Desicated coconut
  • Imit chocolate (i.e. solid cocoa)
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Baking soda
  • Cake preservative
  • Bread crumbs
  • 6 tins or mould (the size of your tea cup)
  • Casserole dish/foil dish
  • Apple fruits

  • It is important you get required ingredients, Tools/ accessories so as to participate in class!
  • Borrowing from Mix ‘n’ Bake Confectionery will not be allowed! 
  • Enquire from Mix'n'Bake the right accessories and ingredients to be bought before buying from the market so as to buy the right one because sellers are usually more interested in selling their products to you than you buying the right product.
